Billing Information
  • When you sign up for Internet service, you will be billed immediately based on a 30 day billing cycle.
  • Your account will remain active and you will be responsible for your debt until you contact our Customer Executive Team to discontinue service. We ask that you include your full name, address, and phone number, along with your user name and password if you want to cancel your service via e-mail.
  • Upon cancellation your account will be discontinued at the end of the current billing cycle.

Bills online - CopperNET has provided an interface for you to check on your internet bill. The online billing system provides information such as:
  • Current Invoice
  • Statement of your account
  • Your current account balance
 
Customer Number / ID   
N.B. You can find your customer id from the sent invoices
  
Email me my balance - You can check your account balance by sending an email to my balance. Simply make ensure that the subject contains your customer id and nothing else.
  
Forgotten or lost your ID??
If you have forgetten your customer Id, submit your account name and the customer id will be sent to your email address.
